Amanda Bynes shot to fame as a child star but more recently she has been in a lot of trouble with the police. Last year, she threw bongs out of windows, lit dogs on fire, and then she was put under her parent's guardianship and kept off social media.
She came back in the news again last month after she was released, and has since then been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), and then made the tabloids for being kicked off Fashion School and then tussling with a fan.
